This beautiful home experienced a complete transformation - shedding a Mediterranean style and emerging with a cleaner more modern appearance.  Not one surface was left untouched as the kitchen, bathrooms, walls, floors and doors were renovated.  The kitchen was reconfigured, windows were expanded, and arches were eliminated. The home owner - an artist and designer - chose timeless finishes and a classic white palette to update the home.

This residence was a 1980's house with good bones completely reimagined.  Built by Character Builders of Sonoma County, the home was designed by the designer/owner with an impeccable aesthetic … perfectly balancing timeless elements with current trends.  Wide-plank European white oak floors and crisp white walls set the stage for unique luxury finishes and the expansive views of the creek, nearby vineyards and pastoral hills.

This early 2000's home receives a fresh update!   The kitchen remodel includes expanding the island, removing the bulkhead and replacing all the surfaces.  Custom white cabinets are accented with contemporary pulls and topped by Quartz counters.  The classic subway tile includes a metal accent strip which adds a contemporary flair.  Rich hardwood floors add warmth. The Master Bathroom also gets a fresh renovation.

This Sonoma county residence featured beautiful countryside views , but previously lacked appeal inside.  The owner quickly changed that! Few surfaces untouched as she updated the spaces with clean, contemporary lines.  The kitchen features grey cabinets matched with white, quartz counters and a classic subway tile backsplash.  An eat-in area was eliminated and another cabinet added to create more cabinet space.  Beautiful oak floors with a natural finish added throughout the main rooms.  Both bathrooms were also updated.

These homeowners loved their home.  They were just looking to add a bit more space in the kitchen and expand their indoor/outdoor living.  The existing breakfast room was converted to a wine/coffee bar area and home command center and a new breakfast room was added to the rear of the home.  Additionally, A spacious deck off the master was added, creating indoor outdoor living off the family room, kitchen and new breakfast room.

Updated Rancher

This 1970's rancher got a budget-conscious facelift for a quick sale!  We installed a new roof, windows and updated the master bathroom.  Clean wall texture and paint, new laminate flooring, and updated all surfaces.  A massive rockwall was removed from the family room.  For budget purposes original cabinetry was painted in the kitchen.  New solid granite counters, subway backsplash and appliances were installed.
