This 1970's rancher got a budget-conscious facelift for a quick sale! We installed a new roof, windows and updated the master bathroom. Clean wall texture and paint, new laminate flooring, and updated all surfaces. A massive rockwall was removed from the family room. For budget purposes original cabinetry was painted in the kitchen. New solid granite counters, subway backsplash and appliances were installed.
